Pros: Perfect location paired with the area restaurants and bars. Cons: Room was great, seems like property is keeping updates current.....but our room we both said out loud at the same time, "wow the carpet could use a refresh". We'll def be back though! Loved the visit

The people here and the place, truly make for an excellent experience.
Pros: I haven't experienced this level of service in a long time. Cons: I usually find something I don't like -- here that was impossible. Everything was great!
We had a wonderful time enjoying the restaurants and bars in Covington and will come back and stay again soon!
The room was quiet and beautifully decorated. Steve, who worked the front desk, was super friendly and welcoming!
Cons: Security was questionable appeared anyone could enter the hotel and key card access was not required for elevator. Some doors were zip tied so they didn’t latch or lock
