Excelente hospitalidad
Pros: El personal, la ubicación y el hotel en general Cons: No están preparados para la ola de calor por lo que aunque nos facilitaron dos ventiladores, el calor era agobiante. Tienen refrigeración pero muy restringida en cuanto a horarios y temperatura. Para tener en cuenta.

Desatención absoluta por parte del personal
Pros: Nada , tuve problemas con la reserva y a pesar de llamar inmediatamente por teléfono no quisieron solucionarme nada. Si tienes problemas con la reserva olvídate de que te lo solucionen, tanto el hotel como booking se pasan la responsabilidad unos a otros y no solucionan nada pero por supuesto si te cobran. Cons: El personal del alojamiento no me solucionó el problema que les planteé. Tardaron en contestar y cuando les llamé por teléfono me remitieron a booking que también tardo en contestar. El resultado, se pasó el tiempo para solucionar el problema y me cobraron una estancia que no pud
