Over priced for facilities.
Pros: The location was perfect for the purpose of our stay . There was convenient parking Cons: Bed was too small, room was huge and could easily have accommodated a decent sized bed. No fridge. Bulky air conditioner in middle of room, when enough room to put to side, fan - likewise, both spoiled the aesthetic of the room. The receptionist was pleasant but spoke very fast, as though in a rush to get somewhere else. No drinking water or glasses in room, and one biscuit pack for two people, no tea just coffee and UHT milk. For cost not impressed. Another hotel option was a lot cheaper and, from

I didn’t actually stay at the Hotel Cromwell
I didn’t actually stay at the Hotel Cromwell. When I arrived it became clear that there was a very noisy festival going on, so I opted to drive back home to London instead. The hotel very kindly didn’t charge me for my (non-)stay. I very much appreciated this, hence the high scores. The hotel looked excellent from what I had time to see!

If you are thinking of having your wedding here- do it! Firstly, I want to thank Paul- from the beginning you have been so helpful with planning our special day. You took us through every step and kept us updated along the way. From the initial meeting to the menu tasting, we couldn't fault a thing. Thank you 🩷 Secondly, I'd like to thank Megan. Best wedding ever!!
We got married here on Saturday and I couldn’t be happier with our experience. From start to finish the team have been incredible. We had the most perfect day thanks to them, nothing was too much for them. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a beautiful wedding at an actual reasonable price!
