Pros: Friendly staff and nice rooms Cons: Zernez is somewhat off the beaten path
Zernez is a must-see. Very friendly people.
Very nice rooms and friendly staff. The National Park is highly recommended.
To Swiss standards, it needs a lot of improvement.
Pros: The room is spacious. Cons: The ceiling is very low. The smell of wood treatment is strong. There were flying insects inside the room.
Overall successful
Extraordinary breakfast buffet - creative - diverse additional freshly prepared offerings. Very personal, friendly, competent service. The garden is a true oasis.
