Pedro Falcao was absolutely superb. His walking tour was fabulous. Great knowledge of the history of Lisbon. Very helpful during our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend the Biaxa hotel.
Excellent Stay
Felt very welcomed and experienced excellent customer service. Breakfast was delicious and they went above and beyond to celebrate my mom’s birthday at breakfast with cake and champagne. Couldn’t have been more satisfied and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Love the location - it’s central to walk around and explore but … just be careful not to go eat at any of the restaurants on the streets where they have menus with pictures. Our walking tour with Pedro ended up taking close to 3 hours… because he so generously went into so many stories and history and insights. Priceless! Love the fact that the hotel provides small benefits - complimentary coffee, sparkling wine and snacks. It’s the small little things that counts.
