The property did not tell us there was no AC in the entire hotel prior to our arrival even though they had been actively communicating about different services they offered before our arrival
The property did not tell us there was no AC in the entire hotel prior to our arrival even though they had been actively communicating about different services they offered before our arrival. They had a portable AC unit that was super loud and made it very hard to sleep with. They told me they would give me a 50% refund on the first night due to the AC inconvenience but it was a lie. Would probably recommend staying elsewhere as for the price I paid was nowhere near worth what the hotel offered.

Beautiful Cozy Hotel
Hotel Dama is a beautiful, modern cozy hotel that has excellent service, delicious breakfast and drinks plus a very comfortable bed. The hotel is a hidden gem that is close to attractions while staying off busy streets. Hotel includes breakfast and is reasonably priced place.

Loved the Hotel Dama
Loved the Hotel Dama. Stayed in two rooms on the first floor and would have preferred an upper floor but not available. The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were wonderful.
