Pros: There were additional amenities, such as cinema, dining, etc. in the building complex. The hotel's design was stylish. The room's air conditioning was up to date. Cons: The non-functional room design, such as a non-lockable and sound-permeable door to the toilet, was somewhat inconvenient.

My second stay here and it will not be my last!

Pros: The rooms were very well appointed. The hotel was in a lovely residential area, but the more central areas could be easily reached by tram. The food hall next door was excellent. The breakfast buffet was very extensive and you could order individual items from the kitchen. Cons: Nothing.

Unfriendly check-in, broken AC, and rats outside the door in the seating area.

Pros: Room cleanliness Cons: Check-in by Italian staff member was very unfriendly. The air conditioning did not work for two days. The situation was already known before our check-in (according to the caretaker), but apart from a fan, nothing could be done. We did not accept this, as we had just recovered from a cold due to the last fan given to us in a hotel due to a lack of air conditioning. The staff member we spoke to said he could only pass it on to the supervisor. The next day, she allegedly knew nothing about it and offered us nothing but an apology. Neither breakfast nor a discount was

Pros: The reservation was for a room with a view, but I was given a room with an internal view (most were like that, but during booking I had specifically requested and it had been confirmed to me)

Pros: The reservation was for a room with a view, but I was given a room with an internal view (most were like that, but during booking I had specifically requested and it had been confirmed to me). Good location, 20/25 minutes to the center, but the walk was pleasant. Next door is the covered market with excellent and many food options, even though it closes earlier than the published hours. Minimal breakfast, but good food, very little choice, not suitable in my opinion. The room was small but comfortable, even though I paid for a deluxe, it seemed smaller. The bed was comfortable.
