good location but be careful when checking out, we were charged for wifi and breakfast!!!
Pros: Location was great Cons: We were charged for wifi we were charged for breakfast but our booking.com rate included breakfast - still trying to get a refund from the hotel but with no luck!!!!
Wonderful
Pros: The location was perfect because it was within walking distance of so many main areas in the city. Also, the staff were very helpful and friendly in terms of service. Cons: I can’t think of anything I didn’t like about the hotel and experience.
Do not stay here
Pros: Location was great with cute courtyard and pool away from bourbon street craziness. Cons: Reception staff appalling. Requested late check out, which took them 48 hours to refuse, despite hotel being far from full. Oddly the reception staff blamed cleaning staff. Multiple incorrect bills presented at check out. Having finally agreed the correct amount and paid, they then deducted an additional amount from my card 2 weeks later. Still trying get a refund.

Perfect location in the city center, with luxurious rooms and a great courtyard with seating areas where no street noises can be heard.
