Pros: As the hotel had a water damage on that day, we were rebooked from Hotel de Lux to Hotel Glück auf in Dorsten. The rebooking went smoothly. Thank you very much for that. Cons: The Hotel Glück auf where we stayed did not meet our expectations. The bathroom in one of our rooms was in urgent need of renovation. However, we were glad to have gotten a room at all.
