Very bad experience

Pros: Location Cons: The noise outside, the staff. My girlfriend was told to show a creditcard upon leaving the hotel (no checking out yet) eventhough I checked her in a day prior with my creditcard to be paid in full. Instead they only performed pre approval and my girlfriend was confronted the morning after with a very lazy and rude staff member at the reception (a man) while my girlfriend had a very hectic day to begin with due to Prinsjesdag where she is a prominent figure for the municipality in organising this event each year. Heerlijk luxe verblijf midden in Den Haag, net buiten de grote drukte.

Midden in Den Haag maar toch rustig, heel vriendelijk personeel, heerlijk gegeten en mooi afgewerkt interieur.

Pros: Construcción Ubicación Cons: Llegué tarde y no pude cenar.

Pros: Great location, nice staff Cons: The bed mattress, I could not sleep

Tolles Hotel in toller Stadt

Pros: Lage, prävhtiges Foyer Cons: Fluchtwege schlecht gekennzeichnet, Labyrinth artig Flure. Service an der Bar war bisweilen nicht sehr aufmerksam.
