Disappointing: Room I booked in advance was given to someone else

Pros: Breakfast, room equipment, service, friendliness of staff Cons: My room was given to someone else even though I booked and paid in advance. I had to sleep in the lobby until 4:00 in the morning to get a room after another person checked out, because all other hotels in the city were fully booked. I was not offered any compensation. Furthermore, there was a mouse next to the trash bags near the breakfast table

A nightmare

Pros: Only and exclusively one thing: the reception staff; everything else is to be thrown away and cry for help: not even one star is good enough as a rating! Cons: Everything: it's old, dirty; the room was dirty, full of hats; a door about to fall; to sleep for 2 hours I blocked the door with a chair! Abominable. It can't get any worse than this!
