Cons: The code and card for the room door did not work when I returned to the hotel in the evening. Reception was closed until 7am The phone number provided for emergencies was unobtainable and in the end I booked a room in another hotel.i was able to retrieve my belongings the following morning when a member of staff was able to enter the room through a window.
