Pros: They canceled the reservation just before we arrived at the hotel. Unacceptable. They made a ridiculous excuse. Cons: You do not cancel a prepaid reservation, especially when you are with family.
Arrived to construction site
Pros: Large bathroom, nice shower, room was clean. Cons: No forewarning that the hotel is a building site under construction, to access the rooms you had to walk through the construction area. Main hotel toilet was a room full of building materials
