Wonderful stay!

Pros: Lovely room which made the most of original building but with modern accents. Friendly staff. Great breakfast and well cooked dinner. Cons: Nothing

Pros: De oprechte interesse en gastvrijheid van het personeel om het ons naar de zin te maken, de aandacht voor de verjaardag van mijn zus (ze werd 50), de fijne kamers van alle gemakken voorzien, de gunstige ligging van het hotel; alles bij elkaar maakte het voor ons een memorabele ervaring! Very nice hotel, with very pleasant and helpful staff.

Pros: Excellent location, as it is walking distance to the city centre. The hotel is a lovely looking building & the decor inside is very nice too. The staff were excellent & could not do enough to help, even during busy times. Cons: Our room was above the air handling unit that was going all the way through the night on our first night, so didn’t sloop that well, but it went off around midnight the second night, so it was ok for the second night.

We had a nice time but it needs an upgrade and don’t stay in a room at the front

Pros: Location and friendliness of reception Cons: Bed didn’t join together properly big gap. Got woken up at 6.30 am by a crane beeping outside window and shouting operators on Sunday morning. I think this was unacceptable but understand it’s not actually the hotels fault but they didn’t seem to react properly. Room needs an update . Bath was all pitted and scratchy to sit in and the sink was the same looked dirty. The whole thing needs a facelift.

Reliable hotel with well trained staff and a very good restaurant.

Pros: The hotel's location and free overnight parking make a difference. Cons: The sound insulation of the room was not great.
