The location and the friendliness of the staff made an incredible and enjoyable experience.
Pros: Room was spacious with a king bed. The location in the heart of the theater district was extraordinary; we were able to walk everywhere. The onsite restaurant, Friedmans, had exceptional service. Every employee we encountered from housekeeping, front desk, waiters/bartenders to doorpersons went out of their way to make us feel appreciated and welcome. Cons: Bathroom was a little tight.

Pros: Bel hôtel très bien situé et belle vue sur Time Square du 19 ème étage Cons: Les portiers peut-être pas super sympa pas de bonjour , juste le Mr qui parle français très gentil !!

Pros: The location in the theater district is fantastic
Pros: The location in the theater district is fantastic. You can walk to most of the theaters within 5-10 minutes. Also a quick walk to Times Square. Cons: I didn't like the daily facility fee which we were never able to use.
