Pros: Location was convenient to the tube and plenty of eating places close by. Nice reception area. Friendly staff. We were given a larger room at no extra cost Cons: The curtains were stapled at the seam! There was no hot water from the bathroom sink. The shower was dirty. We only stayed 1 night so we didn't complain. But definitely needs looking at.

Pros: Ideal location with Paddington a short walk away; beautiful reception area and lovely staff at Reception desk Cons: Nothing
