Will be back, and park elsewhere!
Pros: Amazing heritage Cons: The valet parking. Very handy, and polite and professional. But daylight robbery.

One night "stay-cay"
Came in from SA for 1 night. Appreciated the 2 hour early arrival accommodation. Even though the "valet parking" was a little pricey, it was very convenient. One suggestion, and this is not a deal breaker, is to keep the designated handicapped spot just that. Your valet attendant left our car in a convenient spot so we were never put out. However , this may affect someone else in the future. The food was delicious for breakfast - the pool was refreshing.

Enjoyed every aspect of our stay!
Pros: Gorgeous property, well maintained, room was spacious and beds were extremely comfortable. I appreciated the wonderful pillows and linens used on the beds. Cons: That there was only a valet option to park.

Fantastic Staff and Beautiful Hotel!!
Austii and Cristain made us feel at home and relaxed as soon as we arrived and throughout our entire stay. They were friendly, had great stories about the hotel, very attentive, and provided excellent customer service as soon as we arrived. We've stayed at other beautiful hotels in ATX but when you combine the unique boutique resort aesthetics of this hotel and the phenomenal customer service here, there is no reason to book anywhere else than Hotel Ella!
