Everything you could want to enjoy Madrid

Can't say enough good things about this hotel. Location is fantastic for walking almost everywhere you will want to go as a tourist or metro stop is right outside hotel. Nice clean hotel with spacious, air conditioned rooms modernly furnished with balconies overlooking Puerta del Sol. Breakfast consistently good - eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit, baked goods and Iberian specialties. Staff are extra friendly, speak English and will help with anything including delayed luggage.

Pros: THE LOCATION IS GREAT AND THEY HAVE GREAT SERVICE Cons: WE REQUESTED A DOUBLE BED AND THEY GAVE US ONE BUT WITH TWO TWIN BEDS AND THEY SEPARATED IN THE MIDDLE

central location yet quiet stay

Pros: friendly staff. I was escorted to the room. Every time you enter you get a greeting, nice that there is always someone there. In the lobby, infused water is available for the guests. You are close to the metro as well as the shopping street. I had a room overlooking a dome so I hardly heard any noise from the street. Excellent and sufficiently spacious room with a fridge and air conditioning. Cons: -

Great!

Pros: Location but be prepared for noise in the night being right in the center. Cons: Rooms quite narrow so nowhere to put our suitcase that wasn’t in the way
