Pros: Hubo excelente servicio de parte de una única persona que recibe a los que van llegando y ayuda a acomodar las maletas. Gran atención y está presente y pendiente para ayudar. Esta buena atención fue de parte de una única persona, hizo mi estancia mucho más agradable. El cafe en la cafetería del primer piso está muy rico. Cons: Hubo demasiados problemas con internet, ruido exagerado por las noches (desde las 10pm hasta las 7 am seguían gritando personas en el pasillo y/o en los cuartos de al lado, se escuchaban ruidos no family-friendly exagerados con palabras obscenas a la mitad de la n
