Pros: Location. Cons: Too bad there was no AC!!! especially during a heatwave...
Highly recommended. Top location, very friendly staff.
Pros: Very centrally located, easily accessible by tram, very friendly, helpful staff, pleasant, family atmosphere, good breakfast. Cons: Slightly noisy due to the location (street noise).
Excellent location and staff
Pros: Location excellent, in the city centre. Receptionists and staff extremely helpful and friendly, open 24/7 and they give you your keys each time you return. Could leave luggage on final day after check out at 12pm. Cons: Rooms were small but we knew this before going so wasn't a problem
Pros: The location is excellent and the staff's treatment exceptional
Pros: The location is excellent and the staff's treatment exceptional. Everything was clean. Cons: If I had to say something, the bathroom was a bit small. But clean.

Many details disappoint and do not justify the price: peeling paint on the ceiling of the room, traces of glue/paint dripping in the stairs, broken elevator, urine smell in the WC (probably a plumbing problem), poorly done masonry, ... The breakfast is disappointing: not
