Good hotel overall but I am very disappointed because I had booked my stay for five people, so a family room. And my children ended up on the 2nd floor and we on the first, so it is not a family room especially with a much higher price than a regular room, very disappointed!

The receptionist only spoke French, the elevator didn't work, WiFi worked very poorly or not at all.
