I didn't like the room, they seem very old with sheets that should be white but were already yellow, the cloths

I think the quality has dropped compared to before.
Pros: Good location Cons: The towel on the first day smelled. It had been washed but it's showing its age. They forgot to clean and forgot to throw away the toilet paper, and also forgot to take out the trash.

Enjoyable.
Pros: Well positioned. Beautiful lobby. Cons: Rooms are dated and need a revamp to match the beautiful lobby.

Cons: The first night there were water bottles and coffee in the room; never replaced. The coffee pot wasn't cleaned for 3 days until we had to call and ask for it to be cleaned. Then still no new coffee packets, have to call the front desk to get those. And when asked to get new water bottles was told it would be cheaper to go and buy them ourselves instead of just being replaced.
