Pros: The hotel has charm and the staff is excellent. I just thought they could use the remodeling of the hotel. Cons: The history of the hotel and the beauty of it.

It was underwhelming and frustrating for a “5 star” hotel
Pros: Cute lobby Cons: Tiny rooms, staff was inconsistent and incompetent when I asked for things to be done. The curtain was falling off and I told them on the first night to fix it, they never did. The lights bled through and our window was facing the parking lot. Breakfast was good some days, staff at breakfast was mostly good.
