Pros: The staff was wonderful

Pros: The staff was wonderful. It was clean. Cons: The staff was wonderful. It was clean. The breakfast was basic and only sweet flavors. The location was very bad. I couldn't sleep any night for even 1 hour due to the noise. The area is dangerous. With dangerous people right below the hotel. We asked to change rooms but it didn't happen.

Pros: Cleanliness Cons: No possibility of water on arrival even for a fee, kettle present but without glasses. Shabby furniture and ruined desk
