BOTH BOOKING.COM WEBSITE AND PROPERTY NOT RECOMMENDED

Pros: It's not at all recommend for family, rooms and bathroom were dirty, property was under construction with only ground floor constructed and rest under construction, lots of mosquitos with nill hygienic conditions. Over and above, I booked for AC rooms and were alloted non AC rooms. On asking with Booking.com for refund as we didn't stayed in property, there is no response from them till date. So it was HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE BOYH WITH BOOKING.COM AND PROPERTY Cons: Booking.com website experience and management of issue which I will rate as zero
