Great hotel

Pros: Property is close to the Sky Tower and other CBD shopping and restaurants. Cons: Needs a computer that guests visiting from out of the country can access in emergencies.

Excellent hotel and place to stay!

Pros: Great breakfast, location, room and staff. Would stay here again - first time near Sky City! Very handy for all forward travel :) Cons: Nothing

Bed was ASTONISHINGLY comfy - please let m e know what brand of pillows you use!

Pros: Everyone was lovely, room was above what I expected. Cons: Maybe a little treat in the room would be good. But, not a big deal - happy overall
