Comfort and convenience. Recommended stay!
Pros: The overall experience at this hotel was great! I was able to get a free room upgrade on check in to a King and it was so spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Cons: Breakfast buffet was fairly average. Lots of decent options but perhaps more variety would be good

Pros: fantastic location close to Parliament Train Station. Easy check in. Very friendly and helpful staff at desk. Easy to arrange luggage storage/care (we arrived early and left late, so we wanted to have a place to store our luggage while we spent a couple of days in the Melbourne CBD -- and this was easy and streamlined). No waits at desk. Breakfast was great, heaps of room at tables, quiet, good range of food options. Cons: We were upgraded to a better room (3rd floor to 14th floor with a 'view').
