We had a great time
Pros: Very well organized Cons: Comfortable and optimal
Pros: Directly connected to the station, it was very helpful not to walk outside in the heat and be able to enter the hotel
Pros: Directly connected to the station, it was very helpful not to walk outside in the heat and be able to enter the hotel. It was also good that I could send a courier from the hotel. Cons: Nothing in particular.

Convenient but need to be vigilant
Pros: Conveniently located within Kyoto station hence easy to travel using the Shinkansen and to/from airport. Buffet breakfast is sumptuous with lots of local and international cuisine options. Cons: This is a complaint that I had lodged. I was out at 6 am to the shrine and was back in the room at 12 pm, with the room cleaned and done. I slept since it was an early morning wake. Around 1 pm, there was a loud knock on the door and before I could even open the door, the cleaner tried to barge in. Luckily I was clothed and latched the door as usual, though I did not put the 'Do Not Disturb' sign
