Perfect location for tourists that want to be in the heart of the city
Pros: We loved Hotel Groove. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of all of the nightlife, close to the train station and surrounded by restaurants . The view from the rooms is amazing. The rooms were also spacious Cons: I can’t think of anything negative to say
Favourite hotel in Tokyo
Stayed total 9 nights. Returning again in March for 4th repeat stay. Thats proof enough there’s everything to like about the hotel.
Exceeded our expectations!
Location was great and right in the central of Shinjuku. Our room was lovely and spacious with nice bathroom. Amazing views of the city. All staff were super friendly and helpful. The bar had amazing drinks!

Pros: Favourite hotel in Tokyo. Extended our stay with more nights Cons: Minor grouch. So far with over 5nights stay, only required one single room cleaning. So when requested for extra coffee, only one coffee sachet given. Hotel could have been more generous. Otherwise housekeeping has been excellent.
Pros: In a great location with nice hotel facilities. The lifts were super fast so you got where you needed to go very fast. Room was nice but on the smaller side. We booked a king size bed which was very comfortable. Cons: Not much space for your luggage. Laundry room was always full so even after 4 days we weren’t able to take advantage of it.
