It was comfortable to stay in.

Pros: The unit was clean, quiet and almost private. I would stay there again. Cons: Earlier check in for traveling guest.

Pros: Nothing the room was nasty the bed sheets and comforter was filthy Cons: Everything it was awful and carpets were wet please ,rooms look no where near what they look on the website please stop advertising this hotel

A nice value hotel near the river.

Pros: Very comfortable bed. Fine for a one night stay. Friendly staff. Cons: Door was open by door latch when arrived. Room had a strange odor at first but did not affect my stay. Bathroom sink faucet handle was loose (spins) so was difficult to select cold water.

Cons: Very disappointing experience. During my stay, I accidentally dropped some lipstick on the bed sheet, which caused a small discoloration. I understand that there may be a cleaning cost, but I was charged $100 for what was a minor accidental stain. I feel the charge was excessive and the hotel should have communicated the cleaning fee clearly before charging me. I was very unhappy with how this situation was handled and expected much better customer service. I would recommend that the hotel reconsider how it handles minor accidental stains and unexpected charges.
