Pros: Good location, bright room (skylight), friendly staff. Cons: The room (single room) and the bathroom are relatively small.

Basic, but quiet, clean room and nice area.
Pros: Staff were very friendly. It was easy to get into the hotel at any time of day or night. The room was basic but clean. I stayed in the deluxe room which had air conditioning, much needed during the heatwave - I think not all rooms have air conditioning. The area felt safe with lots of places to eat and drink nearby and easy to get a tram into the center of the city. The room was quiet. Cons: I think you could buy breakfast from the adjoining cafe, but it looked pretty basic. I ate out all the time. No fridge in the room.

Bed and linen were perfect, but dust in the corners and on artificial plants. The TV didn't work, and despite the staff's intervention, it never worked during my 3-day stay.
