Would definitely stay again , not one bad thing about staying at The Hive.
Great property, staff were all very friendly and helpful, Room was great, me and my son loved the bunk beds. Breakfast & Pizza was very good and very reasonable. Dog friendly. You couldn’t beat the location, walkable to many DC destinations.

Pros: Die Lage des Hotels eignet sich perfekt um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig zu erkunden. Mehrere Restaurants und Supermärkte sind um die Ecke. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich, egal ob an der Rezeption, Dachterasse oder beim Frühstück. Cons: Auch wenn man es vorher weiß - die Zimmer sind wirklich sehr klein. Mehr als zwei Koffer sollte man nicht dabei haben und selbst damit wird es schon eng. Die Zimmer werden nur auf Nachfrage gereinigt, ebenso Müll entsorgt und Handtücher ausgetauscht. La ubicación es excelente, a unos 500m del memorial de Lincoln. El hotel es muy acogedor y la pizzeria en la planta baja está super bien. El personal muy atento, guardaron nuestras valijas después del check out por un par de horas para que pudieramos aporvechar el ultimo dia.

My stay at Hotel Hive in Washington, D.C. was truly a wonderful experience. I was traveling alone and had come all the way from Poland, so it was especially important to me to stay somewhere where I could feel safe, comfortable, and at ease. Hotel Hive turned out to be exactly that kind of place. What impressed me most was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. From the very beginning, I felt genuinely welcomed, and the warmth of the staff made it such a pleasure to come back to the hotel after a long day of exploring Washington.
