Pros: L’unica cosa carina era il rooftop e le dimensioni della stanza Cons: La posizione è assolutamente scomoda e decentrata, sotto l’hotel non c’è nulla, a parte i magazzini di UPS. Tutti i servizi si pagano a parte: pulizia della stanza (che non hanno fatto per 3 giorni lasciandoci in condizioni pietose), accesso al rooftop, wi fi, palestra, che non ho mai visto. Con tutto quello che abbiamo pagato al posto del lenzuolo di sotto ci hanno messo una traversa per cui i piedi poggiavano sul materasso. Io sono stata anche male ho avuto bisogno dell’assistenza sanitaria domiciliare e ci hanno las

Excellent stay! The hotel is very well located, in a great area of New York and convenient for getting around the city. What stood out the most was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, helpful and attentive throughout our stay, and they even went out of their way to help me with a package that arrived after I had already left New York. They handled everything for me and kept me updated, which I really appreciated. Great location, wonderful service and a team that genuinely cares about their guests. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Pros: קיבלתי לבקשתי חדר עם נוף לנהר, המיטה הייתה מושלמת ונוחה מאד, האמבטיה יפה והחדר היה נעים מאד. מיקום נהדר, קרוב לנהר, לסוהו והווילג׳. אחלה מלון Cons: הכניסה למלון חשוכה, זו קבלת פנים מאכזבת. אם מישהו קורא את זה : תתקינו עוד אור בכניסה! הזרם במקלחת חלש, התחזוקה של המלון ככה ככה אבל יש המון השתדלות ורצון טוב.

Great location, so quiet, we will be back

Cons: We did not have air conditioning in our room the first day and night. The staff was receptive and tried to get it fixed. We are waiting for a one night refund
