Good choice

Pros: We stayed in a very spacious, comfortable, and pleasant suite. The only small downside is the absence of a kettle in the room. I asked for one at the reception, but unfortunately, the hotel did not have one. In a 5-star establishment, the presence of a kettle in the room is, in my opinion, a basic amenity. However, I would like to highlight the professionalism of Umar at the reception. He was exceptional throughout our stay: always available, very helpful, and very kind. Hotel Icon is the best in downtown Houston

Hotel Icon is the only hotel I want to stay in downtown Houston. It’s just such a nice hotel! I sleep better here. The rooms are big. The shower is hot. It smells good. The breakfast is the best, and Driss, the breakfast attendant, is an incredible representative of the service you should expect from an Autograph-level Marriott. I have stayed at most of the hotels in downtown Houston, but now that I found Icon, this is my spot.

Best service ever

Excellent service. Particularly Jairo the valet, make you feel at home. Everything about the hotel is just right.
