Excellent location and comfortable stay

Pros: Excellent location (walking distance to shops, restaurants and pubs), rooms are beautifully presented and maintained, rooms also spacious with plenty of space to lay out suitcase and hang clothes. The breakfast was very delicious and fresh (real avocado), enjoyed by myself and 3 hungry kids. Cons: Nothing

Quick overnight stay with family once we found the place it was wonderful!

Pros: Convenient location and valet parking, staff were excellent, the room was dark (in a good way) quiet and beautifully clean. Cons: Unless you know where to go it’s very hard to find, you cannot pull up to the front entrance on the road that is sign written as it’s on a bus lane with no parking. Google maps takes you to a different back car park - the car park you are meant to use for valet parking is not clear and had a big red sign saying no entry ⛔️ authorised vehicles only (but nowhere on the entrance of the car park does it state the property name ). If you are from out of town it’s

Pros: Beautiful design, great staff, great valet service, delicious breakfast Cons: We had 2 double beds for us and the kids (11,13). We are quite a tall family so double beds were incredibly small for us. I also found it frustrating that there was no way of controlling the bathroom lights, except for the main switch by the door. It would be nice to be able to leave a small light on in the bathroom, so you can see your way to the toilet, in the middle of the night. Also it would be nice to supply complimentary water in the room.
