The staff were extremely pleasant and the rooms were clean.
Pros: The staff were extremely nice and understanding of our situation with all the travel changes that unexpectedly happened. And the rooms were really clean and spacious. Cons: I didn't like that the trash cans didn't have any bags inside them, as all our previous hotel experience included them. It made cleaning up after ourselves a little harder.

Pros: The staff were super friendly and personal. Cons: Not the property’s fault but there are a lot of homeless people living around the hotel.

Great value in Baltimore
Pros: Very friendly staff with nice lobby bar and restaurant. Room was extremely quiet. Dog friendly. Cons: Attractions and restaurants were a 20+ minute walk

Excellent hotel in a neighborhood that still needs work.
Pros: The hotel was lovely & the staff was wonderful. Cons: The neighborhood didn't seem 100% safe. It is in a neighborhood that is not yet amazing. There was a homeless shelter across the street & sometimes people were sitting or lying on the sidewalk.
