The staff & facilities at Hotel Indigo were amazing! It’s hard to know what to expect when you book someplace online but we were not disappointed! Our transfer arrangements for pickup and drop off were handled smoothly and efficiently. Communication was quick and accurate. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and bilingual so there was no language barriers. They even provided us with a complimentary boxed breakfast when we had to leave for the airport before their restaurant opened in the morning. My partner and I chose to stay in this hotel due to our IHG membership and were very happy we did. The staff are helpful and friendly, comfortable room bed, and amenities, and nicely decorated. The location is brilliant. Walking distance to many Barcelona tourist attractions and close to the Passeig Gracia Metro if needed, but just off the busy Las Ramblas, so reasonably quiet. Would definitely stay here again and would definitely recommend.
