Not worth the fees
Pros: Only thing worth mentioning is the convenient location. It literally is right across the street from the Rocket Arena and had a lot of places nearby! The location is top-tier! Cons: Let’s start with the dirty toilet, the empty Market, and the false sense of breakfast being included in your stay! I only was happy because of the location. There is also a $50 overnight Valet fee. No free parking in my experience and it was a terrible thing. No smoking section outside so we were literally just in front of the building. It was def not worth the price.

Great stay here while attending concert at Rocket Areba
Pros: Closeness to Rocket Arena - clean, well kept Cons: Shower water wayyy too hot

Pros: Breakfast was mediocre. Coffee good. Service was slow. Location was great! Room was spacious and clean. Walking distance to downtown attractions and restaurants. Cons: Valet was slow and inattentive. Should have self-parked in garage across the street.
