It was a great location, affordable and clean!
Pros: Perfect location with parking and activities close by. Cons: The dumpster out front smelled so bad, the bathroom door wouldn’t latch and the walls were so thin we were woken up by our neighbors room being cleaned the next morning.
Great birthday stay
I stayed at Hotel Indigo Dallas Downtown for my birthday and had a great experience. Sham checked me in and was amazing! She was friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service from the moment I arrived. She definitely helped start my birthday stay off on a great note. Thank you, Sham!
Wonderful & Hospitable Staff
Although there was some construction during our stay, the front desk and staff were extremely hospitable and welcoming. Chris at the front desk was especially great and made our stay even better!
