Excellent location, bring any problems to attention of reception immediately
Pros: Our second room was great; very clean, comfy king size bed, thirsty towels, two big windows, tasty coffee. Reception staff was very helpful in addressing problems with our first room and reassigning us. Also, elevators are cordoned off from rooms by separate doors which greatly reduced noise from that area. Cons: These problems were all addressed quickly when we brought them to reception's attention, however.... First room: mattress was upside down so cushioned side was improperly underneath and springs/coils were on top (this was apparently done to hide a large brown stain approximately
