The breakfast service was terrible; food cold. The room was nicely appointed and clean.
Pros: The hotel and location of the hotel was beautiful. The room was excellent; very clean, well supplied and modernized bathroom. Check-in was a bit difficult. No clerk except a bartender who came to greet us and give us a key. There was a question she had about breakfast. When I booked I asked if breakfast was included and was informed that indeed, a good breakfast was included.
While in the room, a person from the front desk told us breakfast was not included. I asked what the new room rate was since breakfast was not included? This caused additional phone calls, until the front desk cal

Very peaceful was never interrupted with do not disturb sign up
Pros: The hotel was nice overall I paid extra for a lake view and didn’t have a lake view at all
Cons: The fact that the lake view wasn’t available from my room as I paid extra for that feature
