Nice hotel while passing through to New Orleans
Pros: Room was spotless and very well equipped. Staff helpful and friendly. Bed was comfortable and sheets were extremely soft. Cons: Room service menu in room was not accurate. Restaurant advertised happy hour but in reality there was no happy hour. Also, hotel advertised EV charging but it was actually in the adjoining public garage.

I recommend the Hotel Indigo in KC. The location was perfect for walking or taking the tram.
Pros: The front desk staff members were very helpful. Whenever we asked a question, they were friendly and informative. Cons: The air conditioning in the lobby was very very cold for us!

Great location. Paid parking right next door if you choose not to use valet. Everything about the facility was lovely and clean. The breakfast was really great and worth the extra $30 we paid.
