Clean and comfortable room. Staff were friendly and the hotel is located in a very convenient area. Easy access to cafes and restaurants in South Kensington and you have Earl's Court station just across the road so can get to central London very easily. Well priced hotel.
Pros: Staff was great and extremely accommodating. Cons: Bed was super uncomfortable. Rooms are very dingy and don’t have windows in the basement.

Pros: off the menus was not satisfactory. Meat sausage dried out eggs over cooked. Gluten free was very minimal Coffee tea bars were all good! Cons: The Uber machine tricked us into a full charge for a car I was trying to order. it stated the order was canceled. My daughter in law proceded to try again using her card. It went through. Later we checked our credit card was billed as well even though it show transaction canceled on the monitor in your hotel lobby. The car that came was smelling of urine in the back seat and deoderizer! It wasn't an Uber driver but a different Co. My Grandaugh
