Uninspiring stay, with subpar service and experience

Pros: Location was close to my daughter's apartment. The view from our room on the 23rd floor was amazing, but that was the second room we were in. The room had a desk so my husband was able to do work when he needed to. Cons: There was a water leak in the ceiling of our bathroom. They moved us to another room, but the person working the front desk never said "I'm sorry for the inconvenience." Also, if they are going to make us pack up and move the least they could do is put our bags in the new room when we are out and about during the day. That being said, they did move us to the 23rd fl

Great room with views, convenient and comfortable stay

Pros: The hotel is very conveniently situated in the most vibrant part of NYC. We got here in the middle of NY fashion week, buzzing with people. Tons of bars, restaurants and shopping on Ludlow street and the area. Nolita and Soho are a comfortable walk away. Great for shopping and food. The subway and buses are around the corner. We got a room with the most gorgeous views on a higher floor. Nice spacious, large room and bathroom.The room had a coffee machine and a comfortable lounge chair. It was wonderful to take in the views. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Cons: The purple
