Everyone made us very welcome

Everyone made us very welcome. Hotel was excellent location for Victoria Station and shopping. Nice clean bedrooms. Restaurant staff were lovely and helpful. Menu was great choice and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend or stay there again.

Thank god for good AC!

Pros: Being from the USA, I appreciated the AC in the room. No other hotel I stayed at, during my trip to the UK, had AC that performed during the heat wave they were experiencing. Cons: The room was shaped like a slice of cake. It wasn’t bad, but was different.
