Pros: The hotel was beautiful. Location was stunning and the breakfast was delious Cons: Unfortunantly our shower broke on the morning we were due to check out we tried to ring the front desk but no one picked up and when we wnet for breakfast no one was there. We had a train to catch so would have been nice to shower in the morning that was the only thing.

Hotel and staff were lovely
Pros: It was lovely, staff were very welcoming and kind. Room was beautiful and extra touches were amazing Cons: I think the parking could be discounted more as £18 seems pretty steep and considering you have to be gone by 12pm isn’t great, we still wanted to spend time in York so had to move our car to the car park next to it which was an extra £8.50 for 3 hours.
