Pros: The room was okay
Pros: The room was okay. There is room for improvement at breakfast. The care by the staff was very pleasant and the perfect German-speaking communication very good. Our e-bikes were stored in a separate room with charging possibility and lockable. Cons: The elevator is only for the brave; it rattles and clatters.
I travel a lot, but I have never had such a bad accommodation experience. I do not recommend it.
Cons: Our ground floor room faced an inner courtyard, 2 meters away from a huge air conditioning unit that constantly spun its propellers incredibly loudly. In addition, they were renovating the other side of the building (which was not indicated anywhere), so not only could we never open the window, but we couldn't even raise the blinds if we didn't want to spend the day with the workers. The staff was not understanding of our problem, and they even criticized our dog (small, hypoallergenic dog), even though it was a pet-friendly accommodation.

Cons: The reception is very small. There is no bathroom available for customers who arrive in the city before being able to check in at 3 p.m. Or they have to leave it after checking out at 10 a.m.
