Pros: Location was great and the staff were nice. The room was clean Cons: The room was a little small and I could hear everything from the reception. Making sleep difficult- I believe it was the location of the room though not the property

Pros: Fabulous location- minutes walk to Boston Common and great cafes and restaurants. Rooms compact but have everything you need with helpful 24 hrs reception. Cons: Bed was only a standard double and sank into the middle.

We were not staying long and only using the room to sleep in. I believe that the other rooms were nicer
Pros: Great location Complimentary reusable water bottles Complimentary coffee in reception Water and ice machine Lovely staff member on arrival Cons: Room had no window that you could see out of Bed was uncomfortable No tea or coffee in the room Bathroom shower was very dated Carpet was very dirty as my son spilt a glass of water and when a face cloth was put on it to soak it up it was very dirty. Small communal area with one table
Room was quiet and cool. We got a good nights sleep there.
