Wonderful boutique hotel?

Pros: Excellent hotel with free parking, beautiful room, everything sanitized, nice welcome perks such as fresh fruit and cookies, a sample glass of Taylor port wine! They offer help with the metro which is about 2 blocks away, giving you an initial pass to get you started to explore the city! Cons: Drop off of luggage was somewhat difficult, cars parked in front of hotel, limited space, otherwise staff helps you to carry luggage from across the street in their secured parking lot. Mgr stated they are working on the gates to be fixed so that it would be automatic, instead of staff manually op
