Convenient reasonably priced hotel near airport
Pros: Close to the airport and free shuttle bus. We arrived late into Tokyo so convenient stop before heading to Tokyo city for the remainder of our stay. Great value for money. Free coffee and bread/ croissants in the morning was a bonus. Cons: Perfect for a quick stop on arrival or departure

Pros: It was quiet
Pros: It was quiet. It was nice to be able to freely use the cafeteria downstairs. Easy to stay with children. Cons: I want a coin laundry to be available.

Pros: The airport shuttle bus was good, but the timing was not as scheduled. Cons: None.

Better than expected
The facilities were better maintained than expected. I thought it was truly JAL. The drink service was better than the neighboring JAP.
