口コミが良かっただけにがっかり感が大きかった。
Pros: 部屋の中はきれいだったので清潔感を感じた。 Cons: HPでは、夕食に牛丼を宿泊者に提供と書かれていたので期待していたら、先着30名のうどんに変更になっていた。 サービスに関することはきちんと最新の情報に変更して欲しい。 また、お風呂に入るときの体を洗うタオルがなかった点が、驚いた。

富士山が見れなかったのが残念でした。

期待してたのでちょっと残念
Pros: アウトレットから近くて便利 館内着の作務衣を自分で取るのでゆとりあるサイズが選べてよかった 歩いて5分程度の場所にセブンイレブンがあって助かった Cons: 大浴場が狭かった 脱衣場のカゴが10以上あったのでそのくらいの人数が同時に入れるのかと思いきや 入ってみると洗い場は3か所しかなかったので裸のまま数人突っ立って待つ状況(みなさんこんな狭いとは思ってなかったんだろうな、と) 待たれていると思うとゆっくりできず疲れを癒せなかった ドライヤーのある洗面台も2台なのでかなり待つことになった 朝は混雑してなかったのでよかった ウエルカムドリンクを貰いそこねたというか朝コーヒー飲みたかったから貰わないでいたけど時間外だった エアコンの様子がおかしかった 我が家とおなじ機種だったけど起動が遅く異音もしていてなかなか寝付けなかった
